ه دریافت‌کننده بورس تحصیلی «بورسیه» می‌گویند. در فارسی گاه به اشتباه به بورس تحصیلی «بورسیه» نیز گفته می‌شود. این بورس‌ها معمولاً برای دوره‌های تحصیلات تکمیلی ( کارشناسی ارشد و دکترا) در نظر گرفته می‌شود. امروزه یکی از راه‌های تامین نیروی انسانی در کشورهای توسعه یافته (که معمولاً با کاهش جمعیت روبرو هستند) اعطای بورس تحصیلی است. یکی از مهم‌ترین این بورس ها، بورس تحصیلی اراسموس ماندوس استبراساس دستورالعمل اداره کل بورس وزارت علوم، تحقیقات و فناوری ایران، نفرات اول تا سوم دانش‌آموختگان دورهٔ کارشناسی ارشد، دانشجویان نمونه کشوری در دورهٔ کارشناسی ارشد برابر با آیین‌نامه انتخاب دانشجویان نمونه با تأیید معاونت دانشجویی وزارت علوم و یا معاونت آموزشی وزارت بهداشت، داشتن کتب تألیفی و یا ترجمه شده در زمینه‌های علمی، دارا بودن دست‌کم یک مقاله چاپ شده در مجله‌های علمی-پژوهشی داخل یا خارج از کشور در زمینه‌های علمی، دارا بودن گواهی مجری بودن در انجام طرح‌های تحقیقاتی کاربردی پایان‌یافته مورد نیاز کشور و نیز مخترعان و مکتشفان که اختراعات و اکتشافات آنان در سازمان پژوهش‌های علمی و صنعتی به ثبت رسیده باشد، برگزیدگان رتبه‌های اول تا سوم جشنواره‌های خوازمی، فارابی و رازی، ارائه‌دهندگان پیشنهاد سبک‌های هنری کاربردی با تأیید از مراجع ذیربط و مربیان آموزشی و پژوهشی می‌توانند در فراخوان بورس تحصیل خارج از ایران ثبت‌نام کنند.

Copenhagen Business School (CBS) invites applications for a vacant PhD scholarships within public procurement law and competition law for a PhD project on “Collaboration and relations between economic operators in the competition for public contracts — Legal and economic analyses of grey zones between public procurement law and competition law”. The project is partly externally funded.

It is the ambition of the Department to maintain and develop its recognized position in Business Law within its three core research and teaching areas. Consequently, its research must contribute to the creation of value for business and society by focusing on strategic opportunities in a global, regional and local context.

Teaching responsibilities of the Department comprise undergraduate and graduate teaching in Business Law and more specialized subjects within the department’s core areas: (1) Contract and Finance Law, (2) International Commercial Law and EU Market Law, (3) Company and Tax Law.

The Department will give priority to applicants with high grades from their universities.

The three-year PhD programme at CBS allows you to conduct research under the supervision of CBS professors, supported by research training courses. The programme is highly international, and you are expected to participate in international research conferences and to spend time abroad as a visiting PhD student. Appointment and salary will be in accordance with the Ministry of Finance’s agreement with the Central Academic Organisation.

General information:

A PhD scholarship runs for a period of 3 years, and includes teaching obligations equivalent of ½ year’s work (840 work hours). The scholarships are fully salaried positions, according to the national Danish collective agreement. The scholarship includes the tuition fees, office space, travel grants plus a salary, currently starting with per month app. DKK 24.778,92 (app. 3.332 euro) up to DKK 30.193,67 (app. 4.060 euro) depending on seniority, plus a pension contribution totalling 17,1 % of 85 per cent of the base salary.

The salary level and appointment is determined by the Ministry of Finance’s collective agreement with the Central Academic Organisation.

The PhD student will be enrolled at PhD School in Language, Law, Informatics, Operations Management, Accounting and Culture / PhD School in Organisation and Management Studies / PhD School in Economics and Management

To be considered, the candidate should have a basic training at the Masters level (similar to the 3 + 2 Bologna process). An educational background in the social sciences is necessary. The applicant must have successfully completed the Masters degree before commencing PhD at CBS. The applicants must be fluent in English.

The application (see link below) must include a 5 page project description. This research proposal should contain a presentation of an original research question, a description of the initial theoretical framework and methodology, a presentation of the suggested empirical material as well as a work-plan.

In addition to the research proposal, the application must include copies of a Master’s degree certificate or other certificates of a corresponding level, brief curriculum vitae (CV), a list of papers and publications, and one copy of a selected written work (e.g. Master’s thesis). Applicants must enclose documentation for English language skills. Documentation of GRE and/or GMAT scores is strongly encouraged. For submitting GMAT scores, look up CBS in the GMAC register and choose the PhD Program.

Recruitment procedure

The Recruitment Committee expects to shortlist at least two-five applicants to be assessed by the Assessment Committee. All applicants will be notified of their status in the recruitment process shortly after the application deadline.

Applicants selected for assessment will be notified about the composition of the Assessment Committee and later in the process about the result of the assessment. A number of qualified candidates will be invited for one or more interviews.

Once the recruitment process is completed each applicant will be notified of the outcome of their application.
